I was very skeptical about purchasing pillows online. After much research, I decided to buy two of the king size pillows. When they arrive, they were rolled up tightly in plastic. Not to firm and not to soft...a very nice medium! They have a cool feeling when you lay on them. These pillows are great for those who sleep on their back AND side sleepers. No feathers have been poking out. My significant other LOVES these pillows. Been sleeping great and feel like I made a great decision getting these. Great value, great materials and great quality. I highly suggest trying these out if you're looking to replace your pillows.
