Herstellung Beim "on the Rocks" werden die Trauben nach der Lese in grossen Chromstahltanks bei tiefen Temperaturen vergoren. Hat der Alkoholgehalt 5 % vol. erreicht, wird der Wein in Flaschen gefllt und verkorkt. Unter Mithilfe des nach der ersten Grung verbliebenen Zuckers grt der Wein bei etwa 14C in der Flasche weiter. Er sttigt sich mit Kohlensure und bei etwa 6 bis 7 % vol. alc.
