It uses the front end from Teleflex SH91800 (not supplied). The Tilt drive allows the steering wheel angle to be adjusted in relationship to the dash. The drive requires the Tilt Mechanism. Love this adorable clutch. It is so pretty and well made. It is a really small size. Its not very versatile and can only be used for dinners or events because you can't fit very much in it, especially if you put your phone in it. The strap is optional. The price is appropriate for an off brand fancy clutch. All in all, I'm happy with this as it looks nice, holds an ID, and looks nice with pretty much any dress.
