2015 Echopark La Carne2015 Echopark La Carne Huge old slab. Neck is perfection. 1959 neck. Hand carved neck, superior to any Gibson. Gold Coil Arcanes, humbucker in bridge. Bridge has coil tap with tone knob. In a league of it's own, mind blowing feeling of solidity. Guitar is astonishing. Feels like one piece of wood. This guitar has that Echopark feel in spades. Neck is pure gold. Jst a pure, beautiful big vintage slab of old air dried wood. No kilns were used in the

GRISTLE
These are large pieces compared to their other products. So you know, these, specifically my order, has so much connective tissue, that once you're done separating the meat from the gristle, the larger portion is gristle. Flavor is great as usual though.
