Clip nylon webbing strap into your Bridge carabiner. Pull side adjustments to adjust length to your liken. Lean back and relax! Back Padded area is 29" long x 4. 75" wide. This is junk !!! Had it about 10 minutes till it stopped working !!!! Made cheap ! When my dog picked it up and dropped it from about 8-10 inches from the floor, it splits apart and kept doing that ! Also the inside part stopped working after the 1st time ! Warning ! This is very cheaply made ! For the price I thought it would be a good product. This proved me wrong !
