MEASUREMENTS (approximate): Waist 26" Hips 38" Length 39" Inseam 25 1 2" Glix Brand. Side button closure. The trouser liner is in AS IS condition. It still has the cutter tags but has been improperly stored, so there are flaws. It has staining (brown spots and water stains), mainly along the fold lines. The cuffs, the bottom of the pants and the area near the buttons have black
