It absorbs quickly but doesn't sit on the skin. It's helped with my fine lines quicker than other products I've used and the price point is unmatched. I can already see my smile lines appearing less noticeable. A little goes a long way. You don't need to use a lot, or it will look like clown makeup, and you will have to work it in, but it is not a big deal. Also, if you have sensitive skin, I wouldn't buy a product clearly listed as extra strength. It will work as an extra strength product.
