Aztec Chac Mool Ceramic SculptureThe legendary chac mool sculpture, found in front of the Templo Mayor in Mexico City, is masterfully replicated by Mexican artisan Angel Cern. Sculpted by hand, the ceramic piece depicts a man with elaborate headdress and ornamentation holding a bowl over his belly. It is believed to be designed to hold ritual offerings, perhaps human hearts. The name, chac mool, means 'red jaguar' and was intended to refer to those sculptures found in the Yucatan

Wow! I am very impressed with the quality of this duvet set. I love the design of the subtle black double Embroidery. I thought it was made very well unlike one other person said in their review. I find it elegant and luxurious to look at and feel. It’s very comfortable and I like 100% cotton. This is a thicker cotton but it’s cool for sleeping. It’s also not too stiff, unless you want that then you can easily iron it to be that way. I prefer it right out of the washer and dryer for a classy but cozy look! They are exactly like a set I’ve had my eye on in a fine linen store in Palm Beach. Exceptional value!
