These pillows are decent but not amazing. I like that they’re adjustable and come with extra fill, so you can make them softer or firmer depending on how you sleep. The cooling side feels nice at first, but it doesn’t stay super cool all night. They’re comfortable enough, but not a huge upgrade from regular pillows. Good, just not life-changing.

This is, without a doubt, the best pillow I have ever owned. One of my favorite features is the adjustable shredded memory foam fill, which allows you to customize the loft and firmness by adding or removing foam to suit your sleeping preferences.
