Better than anticipated! Loved the size, the ease with which it was put up, and the height! Not a fan of how the "room divider" divides, but it works. Despite the photos, for some reason I was expecting a little more separation, but you have to go through the first 'room' to access the second. Other tents that I looked at that had 2 rooms had 2 side-by-side entrances. Still, very pleased with the tent overall. Did not get to test the water resistance, luckily, but it does seem like a good, sturdy tent that is easy to put up, even with three 7 year old boys running around the camp site.

Brand new screen netting on door and windows had small holes thus allowing mosquitoes in. Unfortunately the return window passed but due to weather we just got to try it out last week.
