Old Try - Good CompanyThe heat ain't bad when the company is good. This print was inspired by a line in a Hanif Abdurraqib story about the game of spades. The windows in this old van barely open, so the sweat begins to soak through our clothing. Nate dabs away the beads gathering at his forehead while I lean back to catch some of the stifling, humid air coming through the tiny sliver of open window.
