The only giveaway that it is postwar is just the East German triangle 1 marking. The lampshade is made from Bakelite and does have a crack in it. It has been rewired and I have included a plug adapter to allow you to retain the German plug, but still plug it into a US outlet. The period German plugs are just very satisfying to use.
