It’s just okay. I’ve been looking for something that is as close to possible as dry wors in South Africa. This is not it. Is it dry wors? Yes. But is it good dry wors? No; it is very average. The new stuff had a firm nice chew you expect from jerky and had enormous flavor that I am loving. This is a real world class seller and I can't say enough positive things about how they handled the situation entirely of their own accord, since I was just planning to move on and not seek any fix with them. Thank you for convincing me otherwise and I will be back.
