I use these bands every day. They have different resistant levels. I’m not sure of the pounds but easier to more difficult in range. You can actually exercise with these bands while you’re watching TV, so I do some of my exercises in the evenings while watching TV, I can see a big difference in the strength of my arms and legs. The bag it comes with is also very small and I basically have to roll up the bands to squeeze all of them in there. If you are a beginner at using bands, I think this product is alright. For more advanced workouts, would recommend better quality resistance bands.
