It is identified to Lieutenant Vincent J. Eichenseer. Unfortunately, many officers' records remain inaccessible to the public, as is the case with Lt. Eichenseer. It is constructed of a khaki cotton material. We could not locate a size marking but please refer to the Measurements section for more details. It retains its original USAAF shoulder sleeve insignia. Stitched
