My husband and I always make sure to have these on hand. I have them on subscription so we never run out. They taste really good, they are on the tougher side, so not super moist to bite into, but the seasonings are great and doesn't contain citric acid or other fillers. Friendly for AIP diets if you can tolerate black pepper. Contains honey also. Really great recipe and they're great to keep in your bag or lunchbox. I first found Golden Island Korean BBQ Jerry at Costco years ago, and I've been eating it off and on since then. (Except for lately, when I've been taking a small bag of it to work almost every day.) First of all, I don't like jerky as a rule, it's too tough and hard to eat. This, though, is tender and yummy (technical term). The garlic is just enough, too strong for before coffee, but perfect the rest of the day. I love the sweetness that plays off of the soy sauce. Looks like I find this my current favorite snack.
