I’ve used this and only this in my 15 Scion FRS since I bought it . I used to change it every 5k but I retired and now it’s a once a year oil change with less than 5k per year. Since NASCAR changes oil in the cars every 500 miles I don’t whine about changing it once a year. $40 for oil is better than $10k for another built motor
