During the war, it was referred to as the "Victory Symphony" since V is the Roman numeral for 5. The opening phrase of "dit dit dit dah" was also used as the letter V in Morse code. The BBC would often preface broadcasts to SOE with those four notes. As is condition. There is some blue tarnishing and the pin closure is stuck open. General wear and discoloration.
