The wine coasters' sides hand raised and pierced and applied with rococo scrolls; the interior hand engraved with a bull crest surrounded by flowing rococo acanthus scrolls; having a mahogany base. The wine coasters are both clearly hallmarked for Joseph and John Angell, London, 1838.
