Even though I read Book 2 before reading this one, I was equally enthralled by both. It’s difficult to find words to acknowledge the thrill of listening to someone whose life was full of sin and totally turned around when she heard the words of Jesus and saw his love for humanity! This conversation is so real and heart-wrenching at the same time. Step inside the pages of her life and feel the emptiness of having all the wealth that you could desire and yet feel completely empty and worthless inside. That was exactly how she felt (and how many of us feel today if we are willing to admit it). Simultaneously, the reader finds comfort and camaraderie in this new found friend who comes alive and jumps out of the pages of the Bible to greet us!
