Go ahead an spoil yourself! I did, and I don't regret it! I was looking for ways to make my reclining chair more comfortable. This pillow is comfortable and eases the area in the back of your neck/cervical spine through soft, thick, curved support. I also love that it is adjustable in terms of height, depending on whether I'm sitting very upright in the moment or slouching down a bit. Seems to be made of high quality material and has a Velcro strap that you can thrown over the back of the chair (for the height adjustment -- you just put another little piece with velcro on the back of the chair, and that's how it sticks).
