My 60-lb, male Golden Retriever LOVES this bone. My first mistake was I put it together too tight; second mistake I loosened it too much and he had it pulled apart in no time. Now, it's just right. For tiny dogs, these are great ways to entertain the pups and get them to clean their own teeth; I have had one for 5 years and the dogs never were able to harm the white parts.
